IDC Ranks Progress as the Largest Pure-play Embedded DBMS Vendor
While dominated by the huge numbers of the larger players, the database management system (DBMS) markets create the impression that there is little growth opportunity possible with this technology. Nothing could be further from the truth. This technology offers great growth potential in several of its more specialized forms, including embedded DBMS.
