Challenges of the previous gift card

The previous gift card was mostly in-store and hard to use online. Checking the balance was difficult, and the system couldn’t support wider distribution or third-party sales.

OFM. needed a true omnichannel solution that improved the customer experience, made it easy to buy and redeem gift cards anywhere, and scaled effortlessly.

They also wanted to unlock new sales opportunities, like B2B and year-end gifts, without being limited by internal systems.

Building a future-proof gift card

We worked with OFM. to launch a modern gift card solution that works seamlessly online, in-store and with external partners.

Using our Gift Card platform and Trade Order System, OFM. can now manage the entire programme. This includes issuing cards, distribution, reporting and product management, all from one place.

Trade makes it simple to manage both digital and physical cards, automate orders and collaborate with partners or webshops.

Through our partner network, the OFM. gift card is now sold widely across multiple external channels, both online and offline. Integration is simple, and adding new partners requires minimal effort.
