Your role: you keep our international sales running smoothly

As Sales Support, you ensure our international sales processes run smoothly by providing structured, practical support to account managers and partners. A large part of your work involves administration and coordination. You work with contracts, amendments and addenda, where consistency, accuracy and oversight are crucial. You ensure everything is correct, complete and processed on time.

You coordinate internally between teams to ensure that quotations and orders are handled accurately and efficiently. You keep contracts and product fact sheets up to date, oversee the handover to technical colleagues and ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners.

You often work on multiple processes simultaneously whilst maintaining oversight. You set your own priorities, actively follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure that work is completed with care.

Not all processes are set in stone. You feel comfortable in an environment where, over time, you introduce your own structure and identify areas for improvement.

Our head office is located in Woudenberg, where more than 90 colleagues work. With our presence in London, we continue to build on our international growth. You work closely with another sales support colleague and account managers to ensure processes run smoothly and in a structured manner. At the same time, you work independently and are responsible for your own tasks, follow-up and priorities.

What you bring to the table

  • MBO+ level of working and thinking, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administrative or commercial support role is an advantage
  • You work structurally and accurately, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are proactive and take initiative independently rather than simply waiting for instructions
  • You set priorities independently and work well in a dynamic environment
  • You are customer-focused, professional and enjoy supporting account managers
  • You enjoy working in a thorough and structured manner, even when dealing with repetitive tasks
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

  • A salary between €2,700 and €4,000 per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience
