At Intersolve, we consider the security of our systems a top priority. But no matter how much effort we put into system security, there can still be vulnerabilities present.

Please do the following:

  • E-mail your findings to it-operations@intersolve.nl. Encrypt your findings to prevent this critical information from falling into the wrong hands,
  • Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people's data,
  • Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved,
  • Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam or applications of third parties, and
  • Do provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or the URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability will be sufficient, but complex vulnerabilities may require further explanation.

What we promise:

  • We will respond to your report within 5 business days with our evaluation of the report and an expected resolution date,
  • If you have followed the instructions above, we will not take any legal action against you in regard to the report,
  • We will handle your report with strict confidentiality, and not pass on your personal details to third parties without your permission,
  • We will keep you informed of the progress towards resolving the problem,
  • In the public information concerning the problem reported, we will give your name as the discoverer of the problem (unless you desire otherwise), and
  • As a token of our gratitude for your assistance, we offer a reward for every report of a security problem that was not yet known to us. The amount of the reward will be determined based on the severity of the leak and the quality of the report.

We strive to resolve all problems as quickly as possible, and we would like to play an active role in the ultimate publication on the problem after it is resolved.

Information Security

Short version: Information Security at Intersolve

Information security is an integral part of how we work. We ensure that data remains secure, available, and reliable, for our clients and for ourselves. Our approach is based on risk assessment, clear responsibilities, and continuous improvement.

In short:

  • We operate in accordance with ISO 27001/27002
  • We are audited annually by an external party (ISAE 3402 Type II)
  • Every employee shares responsibility
  • We actively train for awareness
  • Our designated Security Officer coordinates information security

At Intersolve, information security is not a separate measure, it’s a foundational part of everything we do.

Full version: Information Security at Intersolve

At Intersolve, trust is at the heart of our services. Every day, we process large volumes of (customer) data through our gift card programs, loyalty solutions, and electronic payment services. That’s why information security is not an afterthought, it is a vital part of our operations.

We ensure that information remains available, accurate, and confidential, for our clients and for ourselves. We achieve this through technical and organizational measures tailored to the risks we face. Our approach complies with the ISO 27001/27002 standards, the Financial Supervision Act (Wft), the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), and other applicable laws and regulations.

Since 2016, Intersolve has maintained an annually renewed ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report, confirming that our internal processes, including our IT environment, are proven to be under control.

How we do it

Risk-based approach

Operating in a regulated sector where technological innovation meets high compliance demands, secure information management is essential. That’s why we continuously safeguard the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of data and transactions. We apply a risk-based approach, making conscious decisions about appropriate security measures.

Awareness and ownership

Every employee at Intersolve plays an active role in ensuring information security. The policy is deeply embedded across the organization and is supported by regular awareness training, internal audits, and clear procedures. Incidents or questions are centrally coordinated by our Security Officer.

Continuous improvement

Our policy is regularly reviewed and adjusted based on new risks, technological developments, and organizational changes. This ensures that we remain vigilant and reliable.

With this approach, we make sure that information security is not just the responsibility of the IT department, it’s a shared commitment. This way, our clients, partners, and colleagues can rely on secure and trustworthy services.
