Growth to Manager Customer Support

In the summer of 2018, Maxime joined Intersolve’s Customer Support department as a Junior Coordinator, originally for a period of six months. But it clicked from day one: her dedication and enthusiasm stood out, and soon after, her contract was extended for a year and then converted into a permanent contract. Maxime has since progressed and has now been working as Customer Support Manager fortwo years.

"The world of Intersolve is complex," says Maxime. "It often takes a year before you really understand how everything works. That makes it challenging, but also incredibly insightful and unique." It is precisely this complexity that challenges her. The variety between customer contact, technical puzzles and guiding her team ensures that every working day is meaningful.

Connection with clients and the team

An important part of her work is building lasting customer relationships. Over the years, Maxime has built up many enjoyable relationships with customers andderives great satisfaction from solving problems and providing a high-level of service. "You see customers that are really happy with your help, and that's what you do it for."

She is also a committed and is the bonding factor within the team. She sees it as a wonderful task to see colleagues grow, sometimes even towards other departments. "It's special to be part of someone's development and to be able to contribute to it myself."

Maxime about the atmosphere at Intersolve

"It feels like a warm family business. I enjoy going to work every day. The organisation is flat, accessible and committed. There is plenty of room for personal initiatives, from fun activities to small, thoughtful gestures that are really appreciated." Maxime herself is active in committees that organise staff activities. "I enjoy doing that and it strengthens the bond between us."
